We designed Hexa Sort: Color Stack to collect as little personal data as possible. We do not ask you to create an account, and we do not ask for your real name, email, phone number, or address to play the game.
When you use the App, the following categories of data may be collected automatically by us and by the third-party services integrated into the App:
The App lets you choose a nickname and an avatar picture to personalise your main menu. This is entirely optional and is used only for display inside the game.
For product analytics we record only non-identifying facts about this feature: which avatar number was selected (a value from 0 to 8), how many characters the nickname contains, and whether it was changed from the default. The text of the nickname itself is never sent.
We do not collect precise (GPS) location. Approximate location (e.g. country/region) may be inferred from your IP address by our analytics and advertising partners, primarily to serve region-appropriate content and ads and to comply with local laws.
If you make an in-app purchase, the transaction is processed entirely by Google (Google Play) or Apple (App Store) — we never receive or store your credit card number, bank details, or full payment information. We may receive a confirmation that a purchase occurred (product ID, transaction status, and a purchase token/receipt) to grant your items and validate the purchase.

If you are located in the European Economic Area (EEA), the United Kingdom, or Switzerland, we (via Google's UMP consent form) will ask for your consent before serving personalized ads or using certain analytics. You may grant or refuse consent, and you may withdraw consent at any time.
On iOS devices, before any tracking across apps/websites owned by other companies, the App will present Apple's App Tracking Transparency prompt asking for your permission. If you decline, we and our partners will not use your IDFA to track you across other apps, and you will receive non-personalized (contextual) ads. Your gameplay experience is not affected by your choice.
The App can send you local reminder notifications (for example, to let you know new puzzles are waiting). These notifications are generated on your device — they are not push messages sent from our servers, and no data about you is transmitted to create them.
Hexa Sort: Color Stack is intended for a general audience and is not directed to children under the age of 13 (or the applicable minimum age in your country, e.g. 16 in some EEA states).
